Rock Oyster Week - is part of the Narooma Oyster Festival and we are having an event to celebrate it.

Come and join us on Friday 1 May between 12pm-7pm and enjoy:

  • 1/2 Dozen or 1 Dozen - Fresh Broadwater Oysters
  • 1 Pint of Broadwater Oyster Stout - Limited Release from Frogs Hollow Breing
    A little bit of ‘shuck’ and a whole lot of ‘ribbit’. Crafted with locally harvested Broadwater Oysters from Pambula Lake, this stout is a tribute to the minerals of the estuary and the shadows of the marsh. By adding both the shells and a touch of fresh brine toward the end of the boil, we’ve captured the refined mineral depth of coastal salinity. This subtle sea-salt character acts as a natural flavour enhancer, bringing the indulgent notes of dark chocolate and roasted espresso into sharp focus. The result is a remarkably creamy, complex finish—a sophisticated dark ale that feels right at home by the water’s edge or a glowing fire.
